Shipping

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Shipping is free on all items unless otherwise stated. Shipping is done through Bobgo (previously UAfrica)

Do You Ship Internationally?

We can ship goods internationally, please contact us via the contact form for a quotation. 

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Normal delivery lead times are between 3 - 5 days. 

Payments 

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We accept online payments with all major credit cards and EFT's for payment. We also accept payments through Mobicred & ZeroPay.  

Is Buying On-Line Safe?

Cleanflow uses YOCO & Peach Payments secure online payments. This is a similar online payment gateway that all major online retailers use.

How do I place an Order?

Simply select which product/s you want to purchase add them to your basket and checkout with your payment. 

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

If you would like to cancel or change your order please contact us directly via the contact form. 

Do I Need An Account To Place An Order?

No account is needed to place an order. 

How Do I Track My Order?

You will receive a tracking number from Bobgo (formerly UAfrica) via email once your payment is processed. 

How Can I Return a Product?

If you are not satisfied with your product you can return the product within 7 days from purchase if the product is unopened and in it original packaging. 

If the products is faulty please contact us via the contact form and give us the details of your product.
